Returns
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene reasons, Purestheticspro does not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
Exceptions — Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want you to love your order. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Purestheticspro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If tracking information shows your order as Delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS to file a claim.
