Returns
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
Exceptions – Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want you to love your purchase! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@purestheticspro.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging showing the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
